复现过程：

1. 在z100L上 ubuntu22.04
2. 使用DTK24.04的工具包，
3. 然后安装了pytorch之后，
4. 检测 python3 -c "import torch;print('pytorch version:',torch.__version__);print('DCU is',torch.cuda.is_available())" 
   报错False

最后我查询发现：
首先都能使用hy-smi看状态

但root用户可以调用rocminfo，但其它用户就会报错：

Unable to open /dev/kfd read-write: Permission denied
x is not member of "render" group, the default DRM access group. Users must be a member of the "render" group or another DRM access group in order for ROCm applications to run successfully.

当我  sudo usermod -aG render $USER 

且重新登录时候此时再检测pytorch是否能检测到设备，变为True，且rocminfo正常。

想问官方，难道现在我只能每个人都加入render组才能使用吗？
